Using *66 (*NM, standing for Night Mode) or the Options->settings page, you can now enable and disable night mode! To control how night mode works, use the sequence "Go to submenu/ext. when in Night Mode" from the call menu. So, have your office manager dial 3 keys on their phone and your Call Menu will go to work so you can go to sleep.

We have added a "Play Ringing" sequence which you can use to play ringing to the caller for a specified amount of time. This is useful in cases where your carrier may cut off the first few seconds of audio when someone calls in, so adding a "Play Ringing" sequence for 2 seconds will simply add, at maximum, 2 seconds of ringing when callers dial in rather than possibly cutting off part of a voice prompt.

New Feature :: Change Extension Numbers On-the-fly
Want to change your extension number and not call support or jump through hoops? Well, now you can! If you are using Aastra, Cisco, or Polycom, the process is now simple. Just use your Web Admin Panel to assign your phone a new extension number and then reboot your phone. The new extension number even reads correctly on your LCD screen!

New Feature :: Automatic Phone Dial-plans
Dial plans are now pushed to your individual phones. This means that your phone will correctly figure out the difference between when you are dialing an extension and a phone number. It will better understand the difference between a local and long-distance call. All in all, this means that you don't have to edit the dial plan of every individual phone anymore. The Admin Panel will do it for you when you update or add an extension! Let your phone do the thinking, you just do the dialing.

Alerts can now be sent if a disk in your RAID array fails.

New Tweak :: FindMe Call Seconds
You can now dial numbers for 5 seconds in your FindMe rules.

Bug Fix :: Boomerang Call Recording
When hitting *1 on a call to start recording, the resulting sound file would be saved incorrectly. This has been resolved and all recordings can be found in the ACD -> recordings page in the Admin or User Control Panel.

Bug Fix :: FindMe Input
The FindMe rule "call external number" no longer allows a user to forward to their own extension or to no extension at all.

Bug Fix :: FindMe Scheduler
Resolved an issue with the FindMe scheduler when saving schedules that included 12 PM as a start or end time.

Bug Fix :: Call Screening
When using call screening, if the called party hangs up during the process of deciding what to do with the call, the calling party would be disconnected. This has been fixed so that the calling party continues on in the FindMe process.

Bug Fix :: HUD Dialing
When calling someone using HUD, the called party would be connected to the callers FindMe rules, instead of being connected to their IP phone. Calls are now routed properly when using HUD to dial.

Bug Fix :: ACD Recordings
When on the same network as your trixbox Pro, some recording links may have not been accessible. This has been resolved.

New Feature :: Cards Page
Under the main tab labeled "Options" you will see a new choice labeled "cards". This page allows you to custom configure your analog and T1 cards with simple clicks of the mouse.

New Feature :: Direct Music on Hold and Voice Prompt Download
We have added the ability to listen to your Music on Hold songs and Voice Prompts directly off of your own trixbox Pro system when you are on the same network as your trixbox Pro system.

New Feature :: Configure Email Settings (SMTP relay)
We have added the ability to configure the mail server (SMTP relay) to send voicemails through. These settings should only be used if you are having problems receiving voicemail from email.

New Feature :: Extension Search
We have added the ability to quickly search for extensions by a user's name, extension number, description, or direct dial number from the Extensions->view extensions page.

New Feature :: Precise Resources Snapshots
From the Status->resources section, you can now view precise 5 minute snapshots from the last 30 days. These snapshots provide up to the second accuracy for all of the graphs.

New Feature :: Advanced Reporting Searches
We have added the ability to use a new type of wildcard, allowing you to perform variable-length searches on phone numbers. For example, you can now search for '011-55-%' to mean any number beginning with 011-55, and ending with any number of digits. See the Reporting section for more information on this.

New Feature :: Disable HUD Server
For higher call-volume systems with inadequate CPUs, you can now disable the HUD server to reserve more CPU for your calls.

New Feature :: Ability to Allow Keypresses and Extensions to Overlap
Some customers may wish to allow their call menus' keypresses to overlap with their extensions. For example, you may want to have a keypress "7" and an extension of "7000". This is normally problematic because the system will not know whether a caller is trying to reach extension 7000 or keypress 7 when they dial "7", so it will wait 3 seconds for the caller to dial additional numbers before going to a submenu. This is not recommended and should only be used if necessary. You can enable this from the Options->settings page.

New Feature :: Opt Out of Call Reporting
Users now have the ability to opt out of call reporting from the Options->settings page. This feature simply prevents our systems from polling your system for your call records, but also prevents the Reporting and ACD->reports sections from working as our systems provide this data.

New Feature :: Web Based Ticket Submission
We've added the ability to create bug, suggestion and support tickets directly from the Admin and User Panels! Simply click the bug, suggestion, or support icons at the bottom right of the page and quickly fill out the form to submit a ticket.

New Tweak :: Speed Improvements
We have added several speed improvements in the call menus and call menu updates, voice prompts and voice prompt recordings, as well as viewing, updating, and adding extensions.

New Tweak :: Added Conference Bridge Submenus
To prevent issues with call forwarding extensions to submenus with conference bridges in trixbox Pro Core, we have prevented the ability to add the Conference Bridge sequence. Instead, your conference bridges come preprogrammed with extensions. These extensions automatically point to the "Conference" submenus that are available in this version. See this article to learn more.

New Tweak :: Intercom Submenu
Since our last release you might have seen a submenu called "Intercom" that was empty. You may have also noticed you could not delete this submenu. This submenu has now been removed from sight.

New Tweak :: Number Format
The number formatting of international calls in the user panel was adjusted to show the entire length of the number.

New Tweak :: Voltage Checking
We now support analog line voltage checking on the Status->trunks page for a new line of analog cards.

New Tweak :: User Panel
The user panel has been adjusted to always show the "Save Settings" button under the "Voicemail" tab. This behavior matches the trixbox Pro web admin interface

We have added support for detecting a new T1 card on the Status->trunks page.

New Tweak :: Blast Groups
To prevent CPU overloading, blast groups are now limited to a maximum of 10 users. This option can be turned off by clicking 'options' followed by clicking on 'settings'. Turning off this option is not covered by support.

New Tweak :: Specifying DIDs
You can now set extensions to DIDs where the DIDs are greater than 10 digits long, such as international numbers.

New Tweak :: Queue Editing
When editing a queue the name of that queue will display in the edit view.

When adding an extension, you will not be allowed to set a username the same as a password.

We now prevent you from creating usernames beginning with the word "admin".

New Tweak :: Teliax VoIP Accounts
By default, Teliax VoIP accounts will now use the case-sensitive, required name of "teliax" rather than "Teliax".

New Tweak :: VoicePulse VoIP Accounts
When adding VoicePulse VoIP Accounts, the VoIP page will now automatically set the "From Domain" to the required setting that VoicePulse uses.

New Tweak :: Dial Plan Updating
We have clarified the process of updating dial plans on newly provisioned systems when there is no primary route set. You will now see "-- none --" as the primary route when there is no route set rather than the first available route.

New Tweak :: Disabling Voicemail
When disabling voicemail for an extension with name directory enabled, the name directory would automatically be disabled. The Extensions page now alerts you when it disables the name directory on an extension.

New Tweak :: Invalid Schedules
Our scheduler now prevents you from creating invalid schedules where the latter time is earlier than the beginning time.

New Tweak :: Call Forwarding
The call forwarding feature now prevents you from forwarding to your own extension to prevent an infinite loop of calls.

Bug Fix :: VoIP Register String
We have fixed a condition where the registration string would not update properly.

Bug Fix :: Going to Submenus by CallerID
You can now go to submenus by CallerID, even if you specify the CallerID as a non-numeric value, which is possible with some carriers, such as "anonymous" or "restricted".

Bug Fix :: Adding Call Menu Sequences
When adding certain sequences without specifying a submenu for them, it was possible to create an endless sequence loop. These two steps have been corrected preventing this loop from occurring.

Bug Fix :: Updating Extensions
When updating an extension and enabling voicemail, if you have an error that is returned on the following page, you would not be able to properly enable voicemail. This bug has been resolved and you will now be prohibited from updating before resolving any errors.

Bug Fix :: VoIP Description
Picking JunctionIAX or JunctionSIP was not setting the description to 'jnctn'. Now when you select either Junction account you will receive an alert that the description needs to be 'jnctn' followed by automatically setting the field to 'jnctn'.

Bug Fix :: Spelling Fixes
We have fixed multiple spelling mistakes in the trixbox Pro web interface.

Bug Fix :: Changing Extension Phone Devices
When changing the phone device for an extension and having an error, such as not specifying a username, the phone device would not completely get assigned to the new extension. We have resolved this and made errors alert you sooner by alerting you before submitting your changes.

Bug Fix :: Support for Unconfigured Cards
We've added support for T1 cards which have some ports disabled to the Status->trunks page.

Bug Fix :: Voicemail Volume Setting
When making no adjustments on the Options->settings page, but clicking "Apply All Changes", you would see a message stating the voicemail volume has changed when in fact it did not change. This erroneous message is now gone.

Bug Fix :: Phone Numbers beginning with "91"
You can now properly add and view phone numbers that begin with an area code beginning with "91".

Bug Fix :: Status->Trunks during Server Restart
If the trixbox Pro Core software on your system is restarting due to any changes that require a restart, the Trunks page will display the reason it cannot connect rather than a more ambiguous error.

New Feature :: Multiple Conference Bridges
You now can select from three conference bridges using the "Go to Conference Bridge" sequence of the call menu! You can additionally point extensions to individual conference bridges by forwarding an extension to a submenu which goes to a specific bridge.

New Tweak :: Adding Groups
When adding a group, you now will see the group you're currently adding within the "Group Permissions" sections.

New Tweak :: Voicemail Groups and Paging Speed
We have significantly increased the speed of paging and voicemail groups.

New Tweak :: Paging Invalid Phones
When paging a phone that does not support paging, it will now simply dial the phone normally.

New Tweak :: Adding New Groups requires Groups + Permissions
When adding a new group or updating an existing group, each "Group Permissions" section now requires you to have at least one right and one group selected. To prevent this, simply remove the "Group Permissions" section to add/update the group.

We have changed the default group names that come with new trixbox Pro systems found under Extensions->groups.

New Tweak :: Call Forwarding Dropdown
We've adjusted the Call Forwarding dropdown in the Extensions page to prevent your browser from popping an error with the page, as well as cleared up text within the dropdown.

Bug Fix :: Number of VoIP Accounts
If you deleted the first VoIP account of two and then tried to add a VoIP account it would error telling you that you had hit the limit when you only had one VoIP account. You can now add/delete in any order without receiving a message that you have gone over the two account limit.

Bug Fix :: Dialing Voicemail Groups with One Member
Previously, when you would dial a voicemail group with only one member, you would hear the unavailable message of the member. Now, you will only hear the system's default unavailable message even if there is only one member. When dialing the user directly, you will still properly hear their unavailable message.

Bug Fix :: Adding Groups with Reserved Extensions
You are now prohibited from adding groups with reserved extensions.

To prevent CPU overloading, ring all queues are now limited to a maximum of 10 agents. All other queue types do not have a maximum limit of agents. This option can be turned off by clicking 'options' followed by clicking on 'settings'. Turning off this option is not covered by support.

New Tweak :: ACD Reporting Time
The "Time" field for ACD reports will now show the starting time of the call rather than the time the call ended.

New Tweak :: Creating New Reports
When you've created a report and then pull down the "Create New Report" drop-down, the times are reset. The times will not stick to the last report you've made.

New Tweak :: Default Retry Seconds
To reduce the processing required of queues, we've adjusted the default retry seconds in queues to 60 seconds.

New Tweak :: Agent Routing and Timeouts
Previously, the queue system would ring all agents in a round-robin queue before leaving the queue, even if the maximum number of seconds to stay in a queue was already hit after a specific agent. This timeout is now checked after ringing each individual agent rather than waiting till ringing all agents.

The reporting section's speed has been increased by not contacting your server before generating the reports.

A bug has been fixed that caused a discrepancy in reports between the Agent Full Report and Call Distribution Snapshot.

We now prevent the ability to change the name of an existing queue to prevent your call menus from pointing to invalid queues, as well as preventing the Reporting and ACD Reporting sections from showing invalid data.
