Many customers wanted a way to have custom schedules for specific dates on a calendar. Now you can make your call menu do something specific (and spooky) on just October 31st.

Using *66 (*NM, standing for Night Mode) or the Options->settings page, you can now enable and disable night mode! To control how night mode works, use the sequence "Go to submenu/ext. when in Night Mode" from the call menu. So, have your office manager dial 3 keys on their phone and your Call Menu will go to work so you can go to sleep.

We have added a "Play Ringing" sequence which you can use to play ringing to the caller for a specified amount of time. This is useful in cases where your carrier may cut off the first few seconds of audio when someone calls in, so adding a "Play Ringing" sequence for 2 seconds will simply add, at maximum, 2 seconds of ringing when callers dial in rather than possibly cutting off part of a voice prompt.
New Feature :: Change Extension Numbers On-the-fly
Want to change your extension number and not call support or jump through hoops? Well, now you can! If you are using Aastra, Cisco, or Polycom, the process is now simple. Just use your Web Admin Panel to assign your phone a new extension number and then reboot your phone. The new extension number even reads correctly on your LCD screen!
New Feature :: Automatic Phone Dial-plans
Dial plans are now pushed to your individual phones. This means that your phone will correctly figure out the difference between when you are dialing an extension and a phone number. It will better understand the difference between a local and long-distance call. All in all, this means that you don't have to edit the dial plan of every individual phone anymore. The Admin Panel will do it for you when you update or add an extension! Let your phone do the thinking, you just do the dialing.

When updating the device attached to an extension, you will not be asked if the extension is the primary extension for the device. We will automatically set the extension as the primary extension for the device. This means that outbound Caller-ID for an extension will be set to the last extension pointing to the device.

This is normally problematic because the system will not know whether a caller is trying to reach extension 7000 or keypress 7 when they dial "7", so it will wait 3 seconds for the caller to dial additional numbers before going to a submenu. This is not recommended and should only be used if necessary. You can enable this from the Options->settings page.

New Tweak :: Creating New Reports
When you've created a report and then pull down the "Create New Report" drop-down, the times are reset. The times will not stick to the last report you've made.
New Tweak :: Default Retry Seconds
To reduce the processing required of queues, we've adjusted the default retry seconds in queues to 60 seconds.
New Tweak :: Agent Routing and Timeouts
Previously, the queue system would ring all agents in a round-robin queue before leaving the queue, even if the maximum number of seconds to stay in a queue was already hit after a specific agent. This timeout is now checked after ringing each individual agent rather than waiting till ringing all agents.
New Tweak :: ACD Reports Speed Increase
The reporting section's speed has been increased by not contacting your server before generating the reports.
Bug Fix :: ACD Reporting
A bug has been fixed that caused a discrepancy in reports between the Agent Full Report and Call Distribution Snapshot.

HUD Recordings now display the proper date and time.

Intermittently, the ACD Reporting Completed vs. Abandoned would report errors which have now been resolved.

Bug Fix :: Adding Queues with no Extensions
You will now be properly alerted to add extensions when adding a queue with no extensions. Previously, it would tell you to add extensions, however the extensions list would disappear.
Bug Fix :: Prevent Queue Name Change
We now prevent the ability to change the name of an existing queue to prevent your call menus from pointing to invalid queues, as well as preventing the Reporting and ACD Reporting sections from showing invalid data.

Improved the look of the MOH page (added truncating, etc.) to better allow for long .mp3 file names.

You can now properly disable and re-enable voicemail from the Voicemail page.
Bug Fix :: Voicemail Saving
We've resolved an issue when using the Control Panel's Voicemail Save functionality which intermittently caused an old message to get overwritten with the new message you're saving.
